• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. However, during high-demand periods, processing may take an additional few days.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which you can use to monitor your shipment’s progress.
• We offer both standard and express shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• The replacement delivery timeframe will be 2-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at  vrsdesigner58@gmail.com.
• If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started. This includes all custom cakes and designs made specifically for you.
